THE ULTIMATE SOLITARY WORLD TOUR WILL TAKE PLACE IN 2023!

The long-awaited summit
It has been more than 15 years since the first ideas were born to create a solo round-the-world tour of the largest multihulls, these high-tech machines now united in a large fleet. The crazy hope of seeing these marvels of innovation cut through the wind all around the globe had unfortunately not yet come to fruition. And for good reason, the equation between technical evolution, reliability, temporality and ambitious program was complex.
The first edition, which will be held at the end of 2023, is the result of long work and adjustments which prove essential to the establishment of such a revolutionary event.
We are particularly happy to see this project come to fruition. Together, we will be able to calmly prepare for this world tour and give this magnificent race, both very human and highly technological, the breath it deserves. Jean-Bernard Le Boucher, newly appointed General Manager of the Ultim 32/23 Class, will have, among other missions, that of supporting this great and beautiful challenge.
Patricia Brochard, Présidente de la Classe Ultim 32/23
It is with great joy that we are pleased to announce the confirmation of this wonderful project which is the organization of the Tour du monde en solitaire in Multihull. Everything has come together after many years of reflection and joint work to make this event a sporting, media and popular success.
